CHAT CHAMPIONS changes
Slay the Streamer mode has been added!
Slay The Streamer is a new mode where chat bands together to defeat a super-powerful, gigantic version of the streamer's character. In the next update, I'm going to add more options to customize aspects of this battle mode. I'd like to continue adding unique features to this one over time.
Bug Fixes
fixed a bug where 0 maps could be selected in the Battle Mode edit menu
fixed an emote-related crash
fixed some weapon skins not displaying properly in the Gold Shop
fixed the timer sound not stopping in the Gold Shop
fixed Venomous Blood upgrade crash
fixed custom heal chat command not being saved/set
UI
added Battle Mod toggles to the Battle Mode edit menu -- you can now customize which Battle Mods appear in your matches!
added a little notification when you've successfully saved a Battle Mode
clicking on a leaderboard entry now shouts that user out in chat
added Reset to Default buttons in the Battle Mode edit menu
spiffied up a lot of existing post-round stuff (some of that is invisible in Chroma Key mode)
added Raffle post-round module (type an emote for a chance to win gold)
added unique icons to more Upgrades
Combat
made Crossbow more accurate
reduced Crossbow attack cooldown by .5 sec
increased Crossbow's range slightly (32 pixels)
The Crossbow had been over-nerfed and wasn't really an effective weapon any longer, so it's been given a measured improvement and I feel it's in a much better place now. The way hitbox tracking and knockback works on the Crossbow has also been adjusted and feels more accurate and impactful, while not overshadowing the melee weapon's effectiveness.
Maps
made a change to level generation filling 'pot-holes,' which should improve the overall fluidity of movement
Cosmetics
added an 'Auto-Emote' option, which translates chat messages into in-game emotes, if they are owned (this can be disabled in the Settings menu under Display options)
added Crackhead skin (5,000g)
Chat Commands
added the ability to select custom emotes from your own channel for specific events in the Twitch settings menu
Other
added a little trail to attacking units to help follow them visually as they attack
Jabberjinx/Babblebless percentages now scale based on how many players are involved in the current battle (more players = lower percent blessing/curse)
