Smokes, the Hub 01 intercom, the folks at Tacoma, and the NECC traders will no longer buy every stupid piece of trash you walk in with. Each faction only cares about a few narrow categories of items and their main traders will not accept anything else.
The Refugee Center only really wants food, and will pay full price for it. They will purchase fuel, toiletries, medication, and soft drugs like tobacco and marijuana at a reduced price.
Tacoma follows all the same rules as the refugee center.
Hub 01 only wants bionics and artifacts. They will purchase fuel and prescription drugs at a reduced price.
NECC only wants food, guns, mags, and ammo. They will purchase fuel, toiletries, and medication at a reduced price.
Factions will not accept money from other factions.
Random NPCs in the world who are not trading on behalf of a major faction will follow the old rules and trade for whatever.
Aprons now provide less protection and a more appropriate level of encumbrance.
Robes now provide basically no protection.
Turtlenecks no longer cover the face, instead using the COLLAR flag to conditionally apply warmth.
Arthropods no longer yield mutant blood when butchered. Hemolymph isn't really the same thing as blood and wouldn't be nutritionally relevant in the same way. They still splatter stuff all over the ground, and acidic arthropods still yield acid blood when butchered.
Arthropods now yield far less meat relative to their size when butchered. Previously, they were pretty close to birds and mammals in terms of yield, but compare e.g. a 10 pound king crab to a 10 pound chicken in real life, they really aren't the same.
Mutated roaches no longer yield tainted meat. They're mutants like anything else.
Jabberwocks now yield both tainted and mutant meat. Make of that what you will.
