changedCreated a shader for the mushrooms. Spent a long time figuring out the math, but luckily, it worked out in the end.
changedUsing Houdini or Blender’s geometry nodes would’ve been much faster for mushroom animations. Writing the math directly is much harder—you can’t see the result immediately and have to guess and tweak parameters repeatedly.
fixedI was about to go to bed, but when I saw it, I freaked out and fixed it right away.
addedContinuous updates inevitably introduce unknown new bugs. Some are really basic, like typing the wrong parameter or dragging the wrong prop.

Vertex animations with shaders can be tricky—when something goes wrong, there’s no error message, just nothing happens. It’s slow and frustrating to troubleshoot, requiring lots of trial and error.

Thankfully, it’s done now! The bouncing mushrooms look great. 😊

-------------------------------------- Ah, I just noticed that I dragged the wrong prop into the animation model for Bunny reading a book. Every time Bunny reads, it shows incorrectly… not sure how long it’s been like this!

I was about to go to bed, but when I saw it, I freaked out and fixed it right away.

But... not updating would be boring, right? All the fun features require constant code changes.

If you find any bugs, please let me know! I honestly wouldn’t notice them myself...
