Performance

  • Major late-game performance pass, pooled pop particles, floaters, and crit-flash effects, coalesced screen-shake, and cheaper reward/magnet bursts for big FPS gains on crowded and endgame boards.

  • Fixed a hard FPS freeze when comboing Gummy God + The Bomb on a full board.

  • Fixed sound effects briefly cutting out during massive pop bursts.

Fixes

  • Extremely high scores no longer break. A score past quintillion could roll over into a negative value and force an unfair game over even while far above the extraction requirement. Scores now climb safely into the decillions and beyond.

  • Fixed giant white flashing/strobing shapes that appeared on high-crit endgame builds.

  • Fixed critical-hit sound effects at the highest crit tiers.

  • Fixed Stopwatch and Lifebloom reviving already-expired power-ups like Plasma Shot, rewinding now only turns back the run clock, not your active buffs.

  • Leaderboards now rank astronomically high scores correctly instead of tying at the top.

  • Boss visual precision: boss-kill effects now play at the bubble's visible body, and the drone laser's lethal edge matches its visible beam.

Changes

  • Board Dryer now triggers every 10 seconds (previously random intervals).

  • Location rebalance: The Core boss now takes much more XP to defeat, and later extraction checkpoints require more XP in several locations.

  • Big numbers now display cleanly into the decillions, only truly astronomical values show as "INF."
