fixedToday's hotfix includes a fix for NPCs seeming to "jitter" if both the player and they were moving. NPCs should appear to walk/run much more smoothly than before.

I've really wanted to reduce some of the camera & NPC jittering that can be seen in certain situations, so I'm pursuing that.
Today's hotfix includes a fix for NPCs seeming to "jitter" if both the player and they were moving. NPCs should appear to walk/run much more smoothly than before.
