Boom Die Repeat changes
The First Survivors Have Spoken
After four years of building this world in a bunker, I finally opened the gates. I let a small squad of 10 playtesters loose into the v0.1.0 ruins to see if they could handle the heat. The report from the front lines? It’s a blast!

🔥 The Verdict
Our testers didn't just survive; they thrived in the chaos. The feedback was loud and clear: the fast-paced combat loop feels tight, and the "Mutate or Die" vibe is hitting the mark.
The Style: Testers really connected with the low-poly aesthetic. The look of the survivors, the mutants, and the environments set exactly the right tone.
The Gameplay: The fast-paced combat and movement kept the adrenaline high.
The Music: The music was a standout hit - testers felt it perfectly matched the game's intensity and speed.
The Potential: Everyone saw the massive ceiling for where we’re taking this.
The Brainstorm: I walked away with a list of incredible suggestions to make the mutants meaner and the upgrades even crazier.

🛠️ What’s Next?
I am currently back in the workshop, and my immediate mission is clear. I'm focusing on squashing the bugs found in v0.1.0 and implementing the best suggestions from my first group of survivors. The plan moving forward:
Refine and Polish: Smoothing out the rough edges in the UI and gameplay feel.
Listen and Act: Integrating the community-driven ideas for mutations and enemies.
Expand the Circle: Once the current build is polished, I'll be opening up for a broader, but still closed, testing phase.

Keep your eyes peeled for our next "Deep Dive" where I’ll look at the survivors you’ll be stepping into the boots of. Stay alive out there.
