What changed

Bloody Efforts changes
We fixed some mechanics and add few balance adjustments.
Card Changes:
Flinger: - fix the bug with wrong melee missiles damage calculation, when close to the target.
Ability Changes:
- Ground Rubble- decreased Damage Reduction: 70% -> 60% - decreased Root Time: 1.5 -> 1.25 second.
Seismic Golem: fix the bug with too many ground explosions in dash + golem combo.
Changes & Bug Fixes:
increased the range for max damage for shooters: 203 -> 290.
Fixed issue with auto reset of Free Throw Cooldown, while using other hand for melee or ability.
Test Fighter can not be started if the player is in party (to prevent double game launching).
