Blood: Refreshed Supply™ changes
Hey everyone, We’ve been reading everyone’s feedback as they dive into Blood: Refreshed Supply today, and understand there have been some frequently asked questions about the game. We’d like to answer as many of these questions as we can, and more in future updates.
Blood: Refreshed Supply vs. Blood: Fresh Supply:
Blood: Refreshed Supply has been rebuilt from the game’s original source code.
Blood: Fresh Supply relied heavily on reverse engineering during development.
Blood: Refreshed Supply has been upgraded to the latest version of KEX, with further updates planned.
Blood: Fresh Supply has received some improvements to its graphics, with no further work planned.
Blood: Refreshed Supply features newly remastered cutscenes and a Vault packed with playable cut-content levels, concept art, and other behind-the-scenes goodies.
Blood: Fresh Supply does not include either of these features.
Blood: Refreshed Supply includes expanded options for improved enemy behavior, previously cut features like weather effects, and other enhancements, including new bug fixes for the game’s original levels.
Blood: Fresh Supply does not offer any of these features.
Blood: Refreshed Supply includes the new Marrow scenario at launch, with an expanded Death Wish scenario releasing as a free updated in 2026.
Blood: Fresh Supply does not include either of these scenarios.
Both versions of the game offer:
Plasma Pak and Cryptic Passage add-ons
High-resolution support, including 4K monitors
Unlocked framerates
Customizable keyboard and controller gamepad support
Extended modding support, including existing mods
Rewritten netcode supporting up to 8 players
Local split-screen and online co-op
CD and MIDI music support
EXPANSIONS
