Improvements

  • World Map overhaul — replaced the open map with a new progression-based path system that creates clearer structure and decision-making between locations.

  • Text visibility improved across the UI for easier reading.

  • Field Manual UI updated.

  • Healing & Training interface upgraded — when healing or training units you now see their full stats, perks, and current status.

  • New modifier items added.

  • New locations introduced:

    • Barracks — Train and recruit units

    • Camp — Rest and activities

    • Shop — Provisions, consumables, armoury, weapons

    • War Doctrine — Perks and modifiers

  • UI improvements — overall polish pass with more refinements still in progress.

  • Battle map camera movement — you can now pan the battlefield using the middle mouse button.

  • Flag animations improved — flags now move naturally instead of remaining rigid.

  • Game balance pass — multiple systems adjusted for better pacing and challenge.

  • Injury system reworked — fallen heroes are now injured instead of instantly dead. If a hero falls again while untreated, they will die.

  • End-of-battle screen improved — after each battle you now:

    • Heal units

    • Treat injuries

    • Repair weapons

  • Resource system reworked — resources are no longer automatic. You now manually manage how they are used, adding deeper strategic control.
