We’ve been upgrading storage containers so your loot management feels smoother than ever. Each can now display what’s inside through digital labels, and yes — you can recolor them to match your base aesthetic. A clean base is a happy base. But why stop there? Let’s add a little flair.
// Hedgecraft
Who needs statues when you can sculpt living greenery? Soon you’ll be able to grow and trim hedges into shapes — from simple art pieces to full-blown animal sculptures. It’s still a work-in-progress, but creativity is already blooming. Now, while we’re on the topic of organization and design, let’s talk about the deeper system behind it all.

Storage is a core part of Autonomica’s automation network. We’re fine-tuning the experience so whether you’re connecting local containers or entire logistics chains, it always feels intuitive. This is our current Storage Container UI Design. Still work in progress.

Here’s a little quality-of-life feature we’re excited about: simply point a conveyor line at a wall, and it automatically creates a resource gate. No more fiddling with manual alignment — your automation just flows. It’s a small change that makes big builds feel effortless. And while we’re on the subject of life-saving improvements, let’s look at one that can actually keep you alive.

Our sound team has been hard at work experimenting with Machine UI audio. Each beep and hum adds a layer of immersion to your interactions. It’s still early, but we’d love to hear what tone you think fits Autonomica best — soothing sci-fi? mechanical retro? You decide. And while sound sets the mood, props set the stage.

Scattered across the land are ancient Horizon Relays. Repairing these weathered towers restores parts of the old network and expands your map with new resource data.

We’re reworking our character design and system from the ground up to support a wider range of body types, styles, and personalities. Your Autonomican should look and feel like you — or whoever you want to be. Naturally, once you’ve made your perfect avatar, you’ll want to plan your perfect base.
