Update 1.2.0 is live.
This update focuses on smoother visuals, stronger drone behavior, improved customization, and clearer progression.
Highlights
Background planets now move more smoothly.
Smuggler Run couriers use proper ship-style flyby movement and can be intercepted by attack drones.
Nanite Swarm visuals have been upgraded with tiny drone-like ships and live particle trails.
Attack drones can now defend space ads from hacks and engage more event targets.
Rebirth is now always visible in-game and can be purchased directly from the HUD for 1.0M current credits.
Overlay hotkeys can now be remapped from settings with click-to-bind controls.
Ship Designer Updates
Separate cosmetic customization for the player ship, mining drones, and attack drones.
Drone customization now uses dedicated drone hull sets.
Added a much larger set of drone designs.
Attack drone color preview now better reflects live combat visuals.
Multiple spacing and layout fixes across the designer UI.
UI and Quality of Life
Main menu spacing has been cleaned up.
Rebirth menu layout has been improved for better readability.
Main menu stats no longer show rebirth progress.
Pause-on-defocus remains optional, while background play is the default.
