This release focuses heavily on an overhaul of how weapon plays to make it more active and interesting. Alongside is better support for translations, a TON of QoL features, and a mass of bugfixes.
Changes
Weapon has been overhauled.
Dancing weapons can now be reused to double their effects for a round.
Dancing weapons can be 'tempered' to permanently increase their damage.
Puppets now have health, and intercept a portion of damage before the player. New repair techniques have been introduced to allow repairing a puppet.
Most of the other weapon techniques have been tweaked, overhauled, or replaced.
Introduced a defeat analysis system that gives hints on issues with the stance, playstyle, and other suggestions.
Added a "World Events" tab to the Journal for tracking time-sensitive activities.
Implemented "Conditional Cycles" in the stance manager. This allows the creation of named rotations with a rule for when they take precedence over the default.
Added "Quick Travel" functionality to the world map via a sidebar listing all unlocked settlements.
Expanded language support and localization.
Added Finnish and Polish language support.
Language detection prompt on startup based on Steam/system settings.
Shop now has a "Buy all materials" button and tooltip for Ctrl+Click shortcut for stack transactions.
Added "Consume all held Spirit Fruits" button in the inventory. This does it in the most optimal way to not waste any.
Enhanced the Pillar Grid ui:
Supports panning via WASD, Arrow keys, or Middle-Mouse-Button dragging.
Tiles can be placed anywhere on an empty grid without adjacency requirements.
Sparring with an npc will now teach you their style after combat. This appears in the manual list, but requires first knowing all the techniques in that style before you can use it.
Technique enhancement interface now includes a "10 levels at once" button.
Screen transition time halved.
Right clicking a crop in the herb garden now removes it. It also unselects the selected crop if you have one selected.
Added more accessibility tags to the herb garden to hopefully improve navigation.
The instant craft preview now show a preview of the stack range for high quality crafts.
Added buttons to reorder loadouts / styles.
The altar icon on locations now shows the cooldown / ready state.
