Just a few more QoL tweaks before the holidays. Nothing major, but progress continutes!

(Spoiler Warning: patch notes may contain details of the game not yet experienced by players.)

QoL Improvements

• Quest/story line is updated to be correct for the White Raccoon on the Quest Tree page

• Updated subheader for the Quest Tree page to clarify how page should be interpreted/events flow

Big Fixes

• Offline Progression is defaulted to being "on" instead of "off" since the last patch update (sorry for any lost progress!)

• Plaque story about Young Rosa's (tree) planting now aligns correctly in widescreen mode
