addedPhase 1 was focused primarily on polishing and completing the game. Much of that work came from community feedback, and resulted in a large number of QoL improvements, bug fixes, and other features that we felt were important additions to the game. With that foundation in place, we're now developing new content, as outlined in our roadmap post .

Hope everyone's having a good summer, Pinies,

We have begun a new round of updates that we're calling "Phase 2" (see our roadmap).

Phase 1 was focused primarily on polishing and completing the game. Much of that work came from community feedback, and resulted in a large number of QoL improvements, bug fixes, and other features that we felt were important additions to the game. With that foundation in place, we're now developing new content, as outlined in our roadmap post.

Today's update is a small patch focused on notifications. Some players told us that the opening flood of notifications could feel overwhelming, and that some messages were difficult to read or disappeared before you had a chance to process them. We've made a handful of improvements to help with that.

(Spoiler Warning: patch notes may contain details of the game not yet experienced by players.)

QoL Improvements

  • The number of notifications shown during the opening moments of a game has been reduced

  • Notification background colors & style have been updated to improve readability

  • Notifications now remain on screen until dismissed

  • Notifications now include a Close button

  • A new "Close All" [notifications] button has been added to quickly dismiss all notifications

Thank you to everyone who continues to share screenshots, suggestions, and thoughtful critiques. We read far more of it than you might imagine and we are hyped to further build out our world in Phase 2.

"In the patches we are found, sayeth Quentin P. Brown."

Thanks for your support, and enjoy your summer!

John & Pete
