addedSince our last devlog, we focused on balancing the game to achieve the best overall "game feel", to help achieve that, we did a closed playtest with chosen people from our community as the playtester. But that's boring! We want to share you the cool-looking stuff in this mini devlog, and the cool stuff are a new boss and new enemy variants that you can encounter later in the game.
changedKuntilanak BossKuntilanak will be a boss that you can encounter in the later stages of the game. She is one of the cursed products of a mad doctor that is probably better to be put to rest instead of being constantly confined and tested on by an evil doctor.
addedCyborg Enemy VariantBeing the other cursed products of a mad doctor, there are three new elite enemy variants of the Genderuwo, Pocong, and Kuyang. These types of enemies pose as a higher threat since they are much tougher, hit harder, and have entirely new moveset when compared to their normal counterpart.
changedCyborg Enemy VariantThese elite enemies can be encountered later in the higher difficulties of the game which also has a better chance of dropping high tier loot. ːFistofdoshː
changedLoading Screen RevampOn the more technical side, we updated how textures are loaded into our game which increases performance and hastens loading times. The loading screens will also be much more appealing as well, featuring unique art for each level as shown in the carousel of images above.

Kuntilanak Boss

In Indonesian folklore, the Kuntilanak is a vengeful spirit who is traditionally believed to be the spirit of a woman who died while pregnant or during childbirth. According to local legends, Kuntilanak is known for her high-pitched laughter and her ability to lure in victims by mimicking a crying infant.

Kuntilanak will be a boss that you can encounter in the later stages of the game. She is one of the cursed products of a mad doctor that is probably better to be put to rest instead of being constantly confined and tested on by an evil doctor.

Cyborg Enemy Variant

Being the other cursed products of a mad doctor, there are three new elite enemy variants of the Genderuwo, Pocong, and Kuyang. These types of enemies pose as a higher threat since they are much tougher, hit harder, and have entirely new moveset when compared to their normal counterpart.

These elite enemies can be encountered later in the higher difficulties of the game which also has a better chance of dropping high tier loot. ːFistofdoshː

Loading Screen Revamp

On the more technical side, we updated how textures are loaded into our game which increases performance and hastens loading times. The loading screens will also be much more appealing as well, featuring unique art for each level as shown in the carousel of images above.
