changedWe've just pushed a small update for the Prologue, focused mainly on quality-of-life improvements and a few technical tweaks based on what we've been seeing.
changedHere’s what changed:
addedNew Graphics Options: More control! We've added settings for Resolution , Display Mode (fullscreen, windowed, etc.), VSync , and Brightness to the options menu.
addedLighting Tweak: We added subtle proximity lighting on walls and doors. This is to prevent those moments where you might get stuck looking at a pitch-black wall, unsure of where you were.
removedPerformance Adjustment: We disabled the "GPU Occlusion" setting. To be honest, it wasn't providing a real performance boost and was instead causing some annoying visual bugs for players with lower-end GPUs.
removedOn Feedback: We removed the "Feedback" button that appeared at the end of the demo. Now that the prologue is public, we'd rather centralize all the comments. If you have anything to tell us (please do!), it's much better if you leave it in the Steam demo reviews or by starting a thread in the Community Hub . We're reading everything there!
