Airline Ops changes
Overview
You can now schedule flights to depart automatically at specific times; no more babysitting every route.
How It Works
From the Routes page, hit the purple SCHED button on any ready route. A modal lets you pick:
Route — pre-selected from the button you clicked, or choose any active route
Aircraft — assign a specific plane or select Next Available to let the system grab whatever's free
Time — any time you want, down to the minute (06:03, 14:47, 21:32)
Frequency — One-time fires once and disappears, Daily fires every game day at the same time
Hit Confirm and you're done. The schedule appears in the Scheduled Flights panel at the bottom of the Routes page with a live status badge:
Badge Meaning
│ WAITING | Hasn't reached departure time yet
│ DEPARTED │ Just took off
│ IN FLIGHT │ Cruising
│ LANDING │ On approach
│ DONE │ Flight completed
│ DAILY │ Recurring schedule
│ RETURN │ Auto-generated return leg
Auto-Return
Every completed flight automatically schedules a return leg 30 minutes after landing. The aircraft rests at the destination, then flies back on the reverse route. No action needed; the system handles the turnaround for you.
Safety Rails
Flights that exceed aircraft range are automatically skipped; the system won't dispatch a suicide mission
Emergency-landed or diverted aircraft don't get return schedules; the plane isn't where the system expects it
The retro LED clock from the World Map now appears on the Routes page so you always know what time it is when scheduling
Quick Reference
SCHED button — next to DEPART on any ready route
Cancel — hit the ✕ on any scheduled flight to remove it
Daily schedules persist until you cancel them
One-time schedules auto-remove after firing
