Hi Gravediggers! 🧟♂️
We’ve released a new update focusing on stability fixes, controller improvements, balance adjustments, and gameplay enhancements. Here’s everything included in this patch
🔧 Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the Golden Eagle achievement could trigger twice, granting the reward twice
Fixed a rare issue where NPCs would not stand up and leave after a Sermon following an Expedition
Fixed a bug where urns were incorrectly consumed while packaging at the Delivery Station (urns should not be consumed during packaging)
Fixed an issue where the Delivery Station courier could fail to arrive, pick up only part of the available boxes, or not return for the remaining deliveries
Fixed an issue where delivery boxes sometimes would not spawn until the game was reloaded
Fixed reports of zombies getting stuck behind trees during Expeditions
Fixed an issue where zombies could get stuck behind certain objects and stop attacking
Fixed a rare issue where Stamina could save at 0 and never regenerate
Fixed a critical save-breaking issue where a broken grave could prevent the game from progressing to the next night
Fixed a critical save-breaking issue after returning from an Expedition that could completely lock the game (inventory not opening and game loop not progressing)
Fixed an issue where turrets placed during Expeditions would not return to the inventory afterward
Fixed a critical issue where the dog could permanently fail to spawn if the naming panel closed unexpectedly (for example when night starts), preventing players from naming the dog after unlocking the Dog House
🎮 Steam Deck & Controller Fixes
Fixed controller sensitivity in Expeditions not being affected by sensitivity multipliers
Fixed an issue where interacting with Storage while holding a box using a controller would delete the item instead of storing it
Fixed an issue where moving items between Storage and Backpack could break input due to selected object loss
Fixed a similar input issue in BioSell App and Auction App when selling items
✨ Improvements & Balance Adjustments
Improved turret target detection (more consistent behavior in large-scale scenarios)
Added an additional validation check for the Golden Eagle achievement after loading the game
Added Night Brightness setting
Zombie waves now continue scaling after reaching the level cap. From Level 10 onward, tougher and more varied zombie waves will begin to appear
Added new interactions for the Dog House: Call the dog back to the house & rename your dog
Adjusted Antique item drop rates
Rebalanced Dog House unlock cost
Rebalanced Research Lab unlock cost
Rebalanced prices and profits across multiple items to improve overall economy flow
