Zero-based World-从零开始 changes
New content: Smoother Actions
Christmas is approaching, and we release this month's update as an early gift. In this update we have a very different focus with the previous ones, mainly optimizing the experience of the basic actions and combat scenes, which is expected to bring an unprecedented huge impact on the whole game experience.
Smoother Actions
Good News! Your character is now able to run!!!
Beyond that, the basic actions of the character have been greatly enhanced, your character now is more agile. The basic actions that have been updated or adjusted include: 1. Glide Evasion - it was redesigned and re-implemented. New implementation has avoided the sense of lag from swaying back and forth, and is is without CD time. You can do Evasion at any time when or between walking and running, the Rolling action after an Evasion also becomes smoother.
2. Sprint Dash - long press the Evasion button, you can enter into a Sprint Dash mode after the Glide Evasion action, in which you are running faster. This function makes you more flexible whether you are quickly moving or fighting, and some weapons will have special attacking effects during the Sprint Dash mode.
3. Swimming Dash - do you still have the bad memory of swimming slowly in the water? Now what you need is simply clicking the Evasion button, then you will enter the Swimming Dash mode. You can swim a long distance in a minute, helping you swiftly get rid of the awkward situation.
In addition to these three new actions, we also adjusted some actions’ performance effects, including some details -- when you turn sharply or suddenly stop during a running Evasion, for example, there will be sharp stop effects, to improve the gaming experience.
Weapon Master
We have improved the experience of melee weapons by redesigning the attack skills of heavy weapons(such as Wooden Stick) and adjusting some of combat skills of Spear. Now melee weapons have more skills, with many starting skill added. When a player begin to attack, different skills will be applied, depending on the current speed and status, such as standing, running and sprinting. Meanwhile, these starting skills can also be applied into the combos. Heavy weapons now have a charge attack mode. Long press the button can trigger the charge attack and different charge attacks will be applied according to your current status like standing, walking, running and dodging. Charge attacks are more powerful than normal attack with a larger range. You can also preform a jump attack with heavy weapons which has more powerful effects, helping you paralyze your enemies more easily. The spear's attacks have also been adjusted with optimized actions. The related actions are more reasonable now, the moving range during a combo is reduced. With the newly added Evasion, the battle will be more controllable and easy to operate. The speeds of the arrow, both starting speed and flying speed, are increased, to improve the hit rate. Steam post image Steam post image Steam post image Steam post image Steam post image After this adjustment, the role of melee weapons will be more important, especially blunt weapons, which can help you stun animals with less efforts. In addition to the player’s combat skills, we have optimized some combat skills of pigs and wolves.
Intensive Planting
Adjustments have been made to address the previous problem of overly cumbersome planting in the middle and late stages. In addition to the previous reduction in gathering and fertilizing time, this version adds more advanced fields to help you to achieve the mass planting. We have introduced some larger fields with 1*4, 3*3 and even 4*4 sizes, including:
Primary Ridge: 1*4 Moderate Ridge: 1*4 Advanced Ridge: 1*4 Primary Field: 3*3 Moderate Field: 3*3 Advanced Field: 3*3 Primary Large Field: 4*4 Moderate Large Field: 4*4 Fertile Large Field: 4*4 These advanced fields are larger in size, and multiple seeds can be planted on a single field. The materials used to make advanced field are far cheaper than making multiple fields with the same area. In addition, new larger fields can help reduce the lag caused by multiple fields. The most important thing is that you can grow multiple crops with single field, and you only need to fertilize one field ! When Fertilizer is applied on these larger fields, its effective time will be reduced. However, because you can grow more crops, the larger fields you plant, the more cost effective you will gain. When you obtain the memories for these larger fields, it will be a good idea to dismantle the old fields and begin to make larger ones. The special memories for these new larger fields can be obtained through some items like Flower of Enlightenment, Flower of Splendor, Fruit of Wisdom, and Pulp of Saint.

Supplementary items
We have added new items to address some fragmentary problems.
- Battery: A permanent battery for machine tools. Once installed on a machine tool with a generator area, you can use the power from the generator to charge the machine tool and get rid of the chemical battery.
- Eggplant Pot: cheap cooked food, suitable for feeding animals in the early and middle stages.
- Blessing of Abundance: The most effective fertilizer. When applied on a field, its effect can last a whole day.
- Dream Pot: special for flowers of Splendor and Fantasy.
Christmas
The Halloween event is over, but the Christmas event is coming.
Christmas Memories
Similar to the Halloween event, during the Christmas period, you have a chance to get "Christmas Memories" by cutting down trees, mining, or defeating animals. The objects that have a higher chance of getting "Christmas memory" will have a distinguishing appearance during the event time. By using "Christmas Memories", you can obtain some imaginations and the memories special for Christmas items. Don't use all the "Christmas memories" in a reckless way, they are key materials for making Christmas items.
Christmas Tree
Christmas tree is a indispensable part of the Christmas season. By cutting down a pine tree, you have a chance to get new item: Large Pine Branch. Although you can plant Large Pine Branch directly on the ground, it has an important role -- to make Christmas tree with other materials such as Christmas Memories. In the world of dreams, Christmas Tree are not just decoration, they can turn something items into "Christmas memory". By putting Christmas Memories into a Christmas Tree, you can get the magical "Gift Box". Items that could be exchanged for memories from Christmas trees:

Gift Box
The Christmas Tree and Super Christmas Tree can produce Gift Box and Grand Gift Box. You can put them on the ground and "destroy" them. This will open the boxes and you will get random items as gifts.
Christmas Dishes
A new dish is added during the Christmas event: Fruits Pie. By using Christmas Memories, you have chances to obtain the memories special for this dish. It is made from all kinds of fruits, helping you obtain considerable imagination and memories special for Christmas items.
Special Equipment for Christmas
Some new Christmas equipment has been added, and you can obtain them by using Christmas memories.

New Opening Animation
A new opening animation will be officially released in this update. The new opening animation is more exciting, full of details and with some hints related to the world view the game holds. The video will be released on various platforms at the next update.
Other Adjusted Details
Gorgeous Seed and Fantasy Seed now can not be planted in flower pots. They can be planted in the newly added item “Dream Container”.
Firearm was renamed “Repeater Gun”.(Don’t believe its name, now the gun can not “repeat”, because we have not implemented the function, we were busy with its operation and firing.)
Increased speed of the Arrows.
Fine-tune and optimize the skills of Pig and Wolf. Now they are more reasonable.
Added special effects for some animal attacks.
Added a special effect for stunned animal so that they can be easily recognized.
Optimization & Problem Fixing
Fixed the problem that putting the Item Box on the on the grass may cause the client to crash.
Enhanced the duration of the chemical battery.
Forecast for Subsequent Updates
With many things updated this week, we have a more clear vision and direction of the game’s whole content. In the future, we will further adjust the the production process(don’t worry, you will get more products with less resource. We will be more generous), redefine the water and the foods to reduce the pressure of water and food in the early stage, and add some ways by which character can strengthen themselves. We will add some new directions for animals to evolve. In the design of combat system, we will further improve the actions and skills if possible, strengthen the differentiation of animals, equipment and weapons. Different attacks, defenses, properties and other aspects will be more distinct, so that the combats will become more strategic.
