Patch Notes
Features
Added Towers around the map with beacons so it's easy to see where you should go
Changed starting location to be in a brand new futuristic science laboratory known as Zector 1.
Added missions to help get you started and escape Zector 1 facility.
Added enemies within Zector 1
Added Vending Machine so you can spend your hard-earned credits on fancy loot
Added Luma Capsule, a small holdable & throwable capsule that lights up the surrounding area in a neon glow
Added Beacon placement building that helps you identify your base and doubles as a "Cupboard", which allows you to stake a claim of a certain area, preventing others from building there.
Added more ponds and lakes to make it easier to find drinkable water
Added more lootable cars and houses around the map
Added futuristic lootable vehicles
Added tiered loot system so you can get more common loot from things like enemies and cars and more rare items in places you'd expect to find them. It also spawns random items within that tier so different playthroughs will get different items.
Added Automated Door system with locking/unlocking via Computer Panels, which enables some interesting mechanics in the Zector facilities.
Redesigned almost every UI screen to have new fonts, colors and animations.
Added Feedback form so players can leave in-game feedback easily by hitting F12 or selecting it in the Pause Menu
Added Controls screen to easily see Input Controls in the Pause Menu
Added basic Controller support to player movement (UI still requires a mouse)
Improvements
Changed main currency to be called Credits and look like Coins. Cash is now Old World Money and is worth very little.
Added title of Crafting station you are interacting with to UI (ie. Workbench now says "Workbench" instead of "Crafting")
Updated Thirst & Hunger to go down 75% slower
Increased Stamina regen by 100%
Reduced amount of stamina certain actions like punching cost
Added better SFX for campfire
Fence wall recipe in Workbench now crafts 4 Fence Walls for the same cost
Fence Walls now stack up to 20
Added same water component to rivers that lakes/ponds have, which allows SFX and VFX when interacting with water. (Still working on making them drinkable)
Made the pond in the starter area easier to find
Removed metal scrap from Repair Bench recipe so it's easier to craft
Added more crashed ships and metal barrels around the map so it's easier to find Metal Scrap
Added a lot of UI text to Localization to make it easier to Localize in the future.
Started adding unique Names to items with interesting descriptions to give the game more character.
Reduced Take All button SFX
Reduced Torch brightness by 50%
Added Inventory controls to UI when inventory is open
Removed all starter weapons from player on respawn
Added lake at the bottom of the river in the mountain biome
Increased Wood stack to 20
Bug Fixes
Fixed campfire interact text
Fixed Fence wall icon
Fixed issue with Cupboard not crafting
Fixed some trees not having collisions
Fixed eating playing drinking SFX
Fixed bandages SFX so they have their own unique sound now
Fixed "Strange Signal" mission so now you can complete it by going to the marker.
Fixed issue with View Sensitivity in Pause Menu
Fixed "Craft a Workbench" mission
Fixed Ammo type bug that made it so you couldn't reload certain weapons
Fixed container bug that was duplicating items for clients
Fixed AI Spawner issue that was spawning a lot more enemies than it was supposed to
Removed Gate that was duplicating from another part of the map
Fixed Survivor Skill tree that prevented player from unlocking past 3
Fixed Audio issues where audio was only playing on Host and not Client
Fixed bow not reloading on clients
