Since this system alone already provides pretty deep customization, we’re reverting the number of baselines to 4 and reducing the mastery and prime limits by 1. Note that’s a development build and the work is still in progress, some spells are placeholders, others might be too strong or too weak, and, generally, the system is not final. As many spells were changed, these notes include only important features. Login to the game to see the rest!
