Update .06 - Frenzied Strikes and Audio update

.06 Brings in a new skill and slew of new Audio work. We added "Frenzied Strikes" to fill the physical niche of multiple instance of damage.

fixed.06 Brings in a new skill and slew of new Audio work. We added "Frenzied Strikes" to fill the physical niche of multiple instance of damage. Being as this skill has multiple instances of damage this could be good or bad based on what traits and buffs/debuffs are on your character. For the Audio work we did alot all around. We added an Intro Voice over, BKG music looping is fixed, we added vocals for different races, as well as made the volume controls more accurate, etc.
addedAdded Frenzied Strikes to the game, this is an Onslaught ability and its available on the first tier of the talent tree. Frenzied strikes attacks the selected target, then randomly attacks 2 more.
addedAdded Seeing Red talent. This talent increases the number of Frenzied Strikes by 1 per point spent
changedHack has been moved down the tree, this ability will likely get moved again later.
changedReduced the health of Enhanced, Elite, and Boss mobs by about 15%
changedAdjusted Gold gain to be higher.

  • When no game save is available, launching the game will take you directly into a new game.

  • Fixed a bug that allowed no character name to be entered when creating a new game.

  • Added more Sound tools to allow us to create more immersion in game.

  • Added Voice over to the intro

  • Fixed background music volume controls to be more accurate.

  • Fixed the background music looping

  • Added voice over capabilities to Conversation chunks. This will hopefully be utilised more in the future.

  • Fixed a bug where full screen would not activate/deactivate properly from the options menu.

Whats Next? We are still trying to get more content out this week, but we felt we wanted to do a mid week update in order to put in the fixes we have made. We are looking at add a new mob type while continuing to work on the start of the game. We are listening to feedback, and we are responding. Please continue to give us feedback so that we can make this game the best it can be.
