Gameplay
changedAfter finishing your duties in the monastery, each turn you return to a room with a map of Asturias. By clicking on the map, you will be offered a choice of three locations. A demon inhabits each of them.
changedEach location consists of 3–5 separate rooms. As you explore them, you collect clues and eventually arrive at a room with the possessed person. Based on the clues you find, the rumors from the monastery, and the artifacts you discover, you must determine which demon has possessed the victim and pronounce the exorcism spell. If you make a mistake, in the best case the demon will curse you. In the worst case, it will devour you.
changedSteam post image Active objects in the room will be highlighted, as shown in this example. However, you will be able to interact with almost every object. Many of them will confuse you or lead you down a false trail.
changedEach location will feature between one and four NPCs you can interact with. However, we have postponed the visual design of NPCs to a later stage. For now, I am writing their personalities and preparing the dialogues. If you would like to see yourself appear in the game as an NPC, you can leave a comment under this post or send me an email at info@kwakwagames.com .

Danger awaits the inquisitor at every step. If you start condemning every parishioner to an auto-da-fé without discrimination, the pious Christians might hang you right on the gates of the cathedral. And if you show excessive piety, you may find yourself facing a church tribunal. May God protect you from the wrath of Torquemada.
However, today I will show you a number of places that are no less dangerous. Places where demons dwell.

Steam post image Looks appetizing… though there seems to be a little too much food.
