Howdy Runners,
The Fog's been thick lately, and plenty of you have been foolhardy enough to jump straight into it.
Since the playtest kicked off, Wreck Runners has hit an all-time peak of over 300 concurrent players, and more than 25,000 of you signed up to playtest. Seeing so many crews roll into the Triangle, and occasionally make it out in one piece has meant a lot to us. We want to take the time to thank each and every one of you for jumping in and making this playtest what it's been so far!
We've also had some incredible coverage from creators - Like Streams from TheMrSark and CRREAM and short-form videos from Mildsoss and kaimlive!

Playtest Feedback
We also received a lot of great feedback in our Discord server, and we've been incorporating that into our plans! We won't be adding too much more content or fixes to this playtest but you'll see significant updates and features in our upcoming playtests.
Ongoing Plans
Add variety and density in content to:
Fill the world more
Give each run potential for more different experiences
Support different strategies and solutions (and failures)
Improving combat, both in wrecks and in world
Make the upgrades in the store more meaningful and impactful (and varied)
Make progression across stages on a run more significant (difficulty levels up and ties into store upgrades above and experience changes ties into other above)
Bug Fixes & Updates (hotfix already live)
Fixed a bug preventing friends-only lobby invites from working consistently
Fixed a problem where vehicle Scrapjack VFX were displaying improperly and impacting performance on some graphics cards
