ATTENTION RUNNERS,
Trustwell Corporation is pleased to confirm that the latest authorized Wreck Runners Playtest is now live and will run from May 28 to June 1.
Since your last deployment into the Triangle, we've reviewed field reports, evaluated operational failures, and fine-tuned the chaos to ensure conditions are suitably challenging.
This playtest is your opportunity to return to the Fog, assess the latest changes, and determine whether your crew are capable of success.
Footage Submission
Trustwell also invites crews to submit field footage from this playtest window. We're assembling a community trailer, and would be pleased to review your finest recoveries, worst decisions, and most operationally and emotionally compromised moments.
If you share clips on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, please tag us!

Weather Changes - We've made changes to the lighting/weather...it now darkens the deeper you get into the run
Whether you participated in the previous playtest, or are entering the Triangle for the first time, Trustwell welcomes your continued service. You can take a look at the full changelog and some Frequently Asked Questions below!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Wreck Runners?
Wreck Runners is an online co-op extraction game where players loot treasure from haunted wrecks in the Bermuda Triangle. Players will use a shared, all-terrain vehicle and the physics-driven Scrapjack to grab valuables and escape before monsters overwhelm them.
How many players?
Wreck Runners is designed with co-op in mind and can support up to 4 players.
Is the game only available on PC?
We’re currently focused on the PC launch and playtests have available on Steam. However, we absolutely want to bring Wreck Runners to consoles, and will update you as soon as we have news on that development.
Where can I follow you?
You can keep up to date with us on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Bluesky, and you can join the community on Discord for first updates on the game and for any future playtest
Can you give us more details about the game - release date, how much will it cost, etc?
Stay tuned - You won’t be waiting too long👀
What is the ORCA?
The ORCA is a shared, all-terrain vehicle, and the lifeline of your salvaging operation. It carries your team across land, sea and air, and keeping it maintained is often the difference between a successful run and total disaster. You’ll be able to store all loot you gather in the ship for delivery at the end of your run.
Is every run different?
Yes, you’ll find different points of interest, different salvage and different threats. While the map itself is not fully procedural, each venture into the Triangle will feel fresh and unpredictable.
Can I use a controller?
Absolutely, we aimed to have full controller support from the very beginning!
Can you revive teammates?
Across the Triangle, crews might encounter shredders across the map. If one of your teammates goes down, simply use your ScrapJack to chuck them into the shredder to get them back on the job!
