Wound Man - Patch 0.8.3

This is a patch for bugs reported by members of the community.

Bug fixes:

• Level 19 (special) can be accessed again.

• The Lacerated Legacy secret items will appear correctly on the bookmark as well as the widget on the level select page.

If you have found a bug, please let me know. I will do my best to patch it ASAP.
