Hi everyone!

We’ve just released a small quick-fix update for WorldDrive, focused on a few issues reported shortly after the Early Access launch.

This update includes:

Fixed sparkly / pixelated car paint

We fixed an issue that caused some vehicle paint materials to look overly sparkly, noisy or pixelated in certain lighting conditions.

Steering wheel axis inversion

You can now invert the steering wheel axis in the controls settings. This should help with some less common wheels that detect steering direction incorrectly.

Small AI traffic behaviour improvement

We made a quick adjustment to AI vehicle behaviour to slightly reduce the chance of AI cars crashing or behaving incorrectly.

What's next? Complex AI Traffic improvement!

Please note that this is not the final AI traffic fix. We know AI behaviour is one of the biggest issues players are reporting right now, and we are already working on a much larger AI improvement update that will be released soon.

Thank you for all the reports, feedback and patience. Early Access is all about improving the game together with the community, and your feedback is already helping us prioritize the most important fixes.
