addedIMPROVEMENTS - Redesigned the entire code of the system of adding citizens to the blacklist. Due to a bug in the previous code, citizens added to the blacklist did not appear after loading a game. - The Mother's eye is on the move again!(Due to some updates it stopped moving).
changedCHANGES - Reduced the cost of building an Energy Room from 1600 to 1200 materials. - Changed the cost of building a Mining Robot from 750 to 500 materials. - Reduced the cost of constructing a Dinner Room from 800 to 500. - Changed text to make it clearer from dilemma #59 - Energy for 200 materials - - Increased the cost of building an Isolation Room from 500 to 750.
fixedBUGS FIXED - Fixed a bug that indicated a warning that you didn't have a nuke when in fact the nuke was already built. - Fixed a strange bug where, if when generating Utopia the science generation was less than 1 (a very rare occurrence), the turn panels for developing a technology would display Error text (the program corrects its own errors, but it was inelegant to display error text).
removedMISC - I forgot to remove the test saved files from the previous version uploaded to Steam. Don't worry, mother will punish me by applying Ludovico's technique and I will be re-educated.
