A new wave of improvements has arrived at the Academy!
This update introduces major system reworks, new features, visual polish, and a large batch of fixes based on your feedback.

Cancel Trial button for better control over student trials
Icon on Trial Rooms when trials are completed
Visual feedback when closing UI bubbles
Gold income feedback from villages
New panel for sending Professors on exploration
Inspector NPC, now roaming the Academy with full AI behavior
Inspector arrival timer (“Inspector arrives in 5 cycles”)
NPC arrival timers for better anticipation
Visual queue indicators for clearer flow management
Safety fallback for logo loading issues (preventing save errors)
“Wow” moment for Wellspring upgrade
Visual & animation integration for Inspector (rig, textures, animations)
Rebalanced building upgrades for better progression
Improved overall economy clarity and consistency
Reworked Recruitment System (now clearer and more consistent)
Recruitment panel now uses Years instead of Novice/Adept/Apprentice labels
Improved post-processing effects for better visual quality
Updated Exploration system UI & flow (including Aequilibrium remockup)
Exploration simplified: only one emissary can be sent at a time
Improved Councillor Taxes menu UI/UX
Councillor is now selectable
Linked Council Trust bar to Inspector menu
Improved Onboarding flow and overall design
Adjusted speech speed of Elara when framerate is low
Exploration info now properly displayed on world map
Improved Wellspring upgrade visuals
Optimized room interiors for better outline rendering
Reduced size of mischief bubbles and fixed scroll interaction
Improved gold display logic (removed redundant popups, clearer feedback)
Updated tooltip: gold per cycle now reflects villages instead of students
Fixed a large number of issues reported by the community
