Wizard Warfare 2: Cephalopod Wars changes
We're pleased to announce Wizard Warfare 2 is now live!
It's been an intense few weeks getting the game ready for release, but we're excited to now be able share Wizard Warfare 2 with you ːsteamhappyː
We've built on the deep strategic gameplay experience and detailed tactical battles of Wizard Warfare to add some key new features for Wizard Warfare 2 as well as an improved UI look and feel.
Key Features
Fully simulated complex naval battles, including ships, sea monsters, flying creatures, ship crews.
Enhanced land battles, including destructible terrain.
New magic paths - water and weather magic, more complex hybrid paths.
New spells for existing magic paths.
Larger and more complex world generation with more varied terrain types, including rivers.
Larger numbers of enemies.
Better support for modding and localisation.
The game is simple graphically, with a retro style to it, but offers extensive replayability with procedurally generated worlds featuring 3 magic schools, 6 magic paths, 200+ units and 150+ spells. Over the coming months we hope to iterate through some gameplay improvements based on user feedback as well as our own ideas from playing the game ourselves.
We are keen strategy gamers ourselves and are always happy to answer questions or hear your suggestions for the game, so please feel free to get in touch at support@wizardwarfare.com or via the Steam forum.
