Fix cards with multi-hit consume more than one stack of strength (found by Dee)

Fix issue where Season of Beginnings references "$" and not water
Fix Mint Buds text has an additional ")"
Don't let you soft lock yourself in the tutorial by rerolling (found by spikyhwang)
Reset the garden tutorial if you leave the run mid-tutorial (found by spikyhwang)
Don't let you buy plants before the buy step in tutorial
