What changed
- Gameplay
- Balance
- Maps
- UI and audio
Features
- Grow plants from seed: Grow plants from seed in the seed tray. Seeds take one turn to sprout. Seeds grow with a little variance, sometimes stronger or weaker. Once they've sprouted, you can move them into your garden/deck or purge them. - Plants grow over time and with high power plays: Plants gain growth points over time. Plants also gain growth points when played at high power. When enough growth points have been accumulated, plants will grow/upgrade. - Earn seeds from battles: Choose 1 of 3 seed packs to add to your inventory after each battle. - Totems: Introduced totems that you can use to modify plants in a row/column of your garden. - New Tools: Have a number of removals every turn. Start the first turn with Borrowed Time and gain an extra turn. More tools coming soon! - Opening cutscene: Added a sneak peek of the narrative with the opening cutscene. - Seasons Reworked: Seasons have been adjusted to suit the new gardening mechanics.
Balance
- Heal to full between battles. We've reworked base difficulty for full heals between battle. - Plants have rarities. - Nasturtium has been simplified - it doesn't start with making the drawn card free to play.
Bug Fixes
- Fix tutorial says you have 2 removes when you have 3 - found by @lnnocentbystndr - Fix Nasturtium claiming it can draw withered cards - found by @lnnocentbystndr - Fix hard lock out when the map generates a Maw -> Train run - found by @qwerty59 - Fix missing hovers in Growth Event modals - found by @qwerty59 - Fix Lunar Thyme having targeting - Found by @qwerty59
