Also, every character in your main party at the end of a chapter will now get +5 max HE and +5 max ME. Cake Mode has been nerfed a little bit to compensate.

Complete list of changes:

-New insanity effect in which animals will speak gibberish to you.

-Target is now cancelled when Berserk or Ravenous effects wear off.

-Party level now factors in base stats like max HE, melee damage, etc.

-Everyone in the party now gets +5 Max HE and ME at the end of each chapter.
