đź’ˇ A bit about AI in the WARHOUNDS demo
During the demo, we used AI only for character portraits and a few UI illustrations. This allowed our small team to fully focus on creating the gameplay and making it as fun and engaging as possible.
Over 200 portraits were created - an enormous amount of work that we couldn’t finish in time for the demo release. By the full release, all AI-generated portraits will be replaced with hand-drawn artwork. AI was not used anywhere else in the game.
We see your comments and concerns, including about the voice acting. All characters were fully voiced without AI.
As a non-native English team, we understand that during localization and re-recording some phrases, character personalities, and the overall atmosphere may have suffered. We will pay special attention to this and do our best to improve both the dialogues and their delivery by the full release.
