Hail survivors,

Now that the dust has settled from this year’s captivating Skulls Showcase, we wanted to take a moment to thank each of you (over 130,000 of you) for diving into the Warhammer Survivors demo. It’s been both great fun and hugely inspiring watching everyone hack through the swarms of Tyranids and Skaven in the demo.

We would also like to extend our thanks to those of you who have taken the time to share your feedback since the launch of the demo. We’ve been reading through it all and taking notes. While we can’t promise to address everything that has been raised, it’s been really useful to us to see how certain elements in the game have been received, particularly the feedback on meta-progression between universes.

As the Warhammer Survivors demo is a short, curated experience, we can’t wait for you to get your hands on the full game when it launches later this year to discover all the different characters, stages and weapons we have in store!

What's next?

A small demo update

You might have noticed that the Warhammer Age of Sigmar universe in Warhammer Survivors was a little too punishing – and no thanks to those sneaky Skaven hoarding all the treasure chests. Seriously, though, thanks to player feedback, we've noticed a few errors in how drop rates were handled. We’ve deployed a small update to make things a little easier on the Age of Sigmar universe (and play out as they were intended).

Bug reports

If you encounter a bug or issue, we would be eternally grateful if you reported it via the bug report link in our Steam FAQ. For example, your reports have flagged to us how annoying it is to be unable to claim inaccessible chests - particularly when you’ve put so much effort into killing those tougher enemies. Your reports will allow us to ensure that any issues you’ve encountered make it into the full game.

Next steps

With the team largely focused on the ongoing development of the full game (which we’re sure you’ll be glad to hear), we won’t be making any further imminent changes to the Warhammer Survivors Demo.

ICYMI: we answered a bunch of questions over on the /r/Warhammer about all things Warhammer Survivors. If you missed it, be sure to check out all the info that was shared. Speaking of Reddit, a Warhammer Survivors subreddit has been created by u/Karporata. Thanks, Karporata!

There’s still some time before Warhammer Survivors’ launch. So, be sure to keep an eye on our official channels, we’ll have more news and reveals soon!
