Warface changes
Friends!
There is a common belief in the Warface community that the best weapons can only be obtained with credits. We’d like to challenge that.
Kredits are indeed the fastest way to get content, but we’ve created many alternatives allowing you to obtain meta weapons (the most effective and powerful weapons, offering the best balance of damage, accuracy, and recoil) completely for free, simply by actively playing Warface. In this article, we’ll explain where and how to get them without spending real money.
PvE Campaign
The very first and most accessible source of gear, including weapons, for new players in Warface is completing all missions in the Campaign mode.
Cost?
Free.
How to get?
Play the PvE Campaign mode.
What can you get?
By completing all Special Operations on the easy difficulty, you can obtain useful class devices, grenades, experience points, Crowns, and of course weapons: SA Hellion, PKM Zenit, Kalashnikov USA Komrad 12, Taurus CT9 G2, Benelli MR1, and Mauser C96 Custom.
The reward list may change, so stay tuned for in-game updates!
This arsenal is more than enough to get familiar with Warface and gain experience in your favorite modes.
Prestige Rewards
Many players chase golden weapon versions in the shop, forgetting that some of them can be obtained for free through Prestige rewards.
Cost?
Free.
How to get?
Play any modes.
What can you get?
By actively playing PvP and PvE, you earn experience and increase your Prestige rank. Within the Prestige progression, you will receive WF$ (Warbucks), parts, unique seasonal achievements, and weapons.
These are not starter weapons, but current meta ones. For example, in the Steel Quarters season, golden weapons available include: M16A3 Custom, Marlin 1894 Custom, PPSh-41 Modern, and FN SCAR Creedmoor.
In-Game Events
This is probably the most generous source of free weapons in the game. Events run every month and offer a wide range of rewards, including meta weapons.
Cost?
Event currency.
How to get?
Play any modes and earn event currency.
Black Market coins can be obtained in the unique PvP mode of each event, by completing Special Operations, and by finishing weekly contracts — this is how you earn the most currency. Spend it in the event showcase. By the way, WF$ can be used to speed up currency acquisition. More details about this system and Black Market coins are available in a separate article.
What can you get?
Character skins, devices, parts, and weapons.
PvE Shop
Not a fan of PvP battles? Then play your favorite PvE modes and get top-tier weapons for free!
Cost?
Crowns.
How to get?
Play PvE modes.
By completing missions and Special Operations, you increase your PvE rank (higher rank = better rewards) and earn Crowns. More details about this currency are explained in a separate article.
You can spend Crowns in the PvE shop, which offers a wide selection of items.
What can you get?
Character skins, devices, parts, and weapons.
For example, in the Steel Quarters season, the Weld series includes: FN Evolys, Panzer Arms BP-12, PP-2011 Kedr-Para, Sabatti STR, Makarov Pistol, and S&W Survival Tanto knife.
Battle Pass
Each season features a Battle Pass with themed rewards and weapons in its shop. These weapons can also be obtained for free!
Cost?
Weapon tokens.
How to get?
Play any modes.
You can complete weapon contracts without purchasing Premium access. Play actively, earn tokens, and spend them in the Battle Pass shop.
What can you get?
Weapons and parts.
WF$ Random Boxes
Accumulated a lot of WF$ and don’t know how to spend them? The shop offers special random boxes that can contain not only standard versions of current weapons but also rare golden ones.
Cost?
WF$.
How to get?
Earn WF$ by playing your favorite modes. More details about earning this currency are available in a separate article.
Promo Pages and Social Media Contests
We regularly launch various activities where you can obtain current weapons for free. Follow updates on the website and subscribe to our social media so you don’t miss new giveaways!
Important
Rewards in the PvE shop, Battle Pass shop, and Prestige progression rotate every 3 months. You need to claim weapons within this period, as rewards change with the new season.
Also note: at the start of a new season, Prestige ranks, Battle Pass level, and PvE rank are reset — progression starts again from scratch.
Conclusion
As you can see, Warface offers plenty of opportunities to earn content for free. If you are ready to play actively, you will be rewarded.
You don’t have to spend money to stay competitive. Check out the PvE shop, complete the Campaign mode, finish Battle Pass contracts, pay attention to Prestige rewards, and be sure to participate in events.
