VonGarland Castle awaits...

new build is up! you can now go beyond the mayor battle and into the castle.

Things off the top of my head:

*lots of Performance improvements in the first section of the game (runs at a good 35-38 fps on my older steam deck when testing)

• 6 new puzzles

*4 new mini bosses

*2 new enemy types

*new achievements!

*new voice acting for Madison and the Crimson Duchess

new unlockable items/power ups :

Small Axe

Steam Knuckles

Super Sp

High Jump boots

1 new jacket & tons of costumes can be found in the castle and via hidden areas if you return with new power ups

I'm still testing and fixing bugs when I find them, I also will be going over the whole castle to improve performance on older devices same as I have been doing in the first section of the game.

will also likely be adding in a bit more story stuff/cut scenes and extras within the new sections.

if you find bugs and issues or just have ideas on things you might like to see added in, please post in the community and I'll get back to you

the next large update should be the final chunk of the game, hopefully be in the next few weeks

EDIT:

I also just added a patch which SHOULD get the vampire-power skill tree working, still going to be adding sounds, more detailed text/info and languages to the skill tree, but you should now be able to use fragments to unlock upgrades in the skill trees

Note :

all dash skills should be working if unlocked

all but the final Jump skills should be working if unlocked

and some of the super speed skills will work if unlocked

Psy Powers won't do anything yet, so I'd wait to unlock any of those until later
