New Content:
• Added a late-game global event: Dreams of a God.
• New map state: "Flood" and a related random battle.
• New potion: Potion of Haste.
• New random event.
Other Changes:
• Empowered versions of enemies (mini-bosses) now appear in random battles. To compensate, the total number of enemies has been slightly reduced.
• Added background animations in combat (can be disabled in the settings).
• Increased the cost of certain unit upgrades.
• Increased Morale bonuses for closing in on enemies (and penalties for retreating from them). This mechanic is disabled during fortress sieges.
• Reduced the rate of prosperity change in cities the player hasn't visited in a long time (or ever).
• Reduced the probability of random quests and states appearing in cities.
• Reduced the impact of player trading on city prosperity and Reputation.
• Improved display of Chinese text.
• Minor miscellaneous changes.
Fixes:
• Fixed a bug where combat stats were recalculated incorrectly after receiving injuries.
