Undying One changes
Hello everyone!
While these changes are not yet available in the current demo, development is actively continuing behind the scenes as we prepare for the full release of Undying One.
Here's a look at some of the improvements currently being worked on:
Additions
Character tooltips now appear directly above units in the game world, not only in the summon panel.
Added a war horn sound effect when a new wave begins.
Published a Steam Input controller layout for improved gamepad support.
Added a toggle to show or hide the challenge panel.
Added skill level and current progression information to HP, Mana and Stamina tooltips.
Added a sound effect when the player's skills reach a new tier.
Added floating text when a spell cast is interrupted after taking damage.
Improvements
Expanded the advanced tutorial with more detailed gameplay explanations.
Added interruption penalties to all ranged spells.
Tooltips now appear when hovering icons, not only their associated text labels.
Replaced the summon panel toggle text with a visual icon.
Corrected several spell names.
The demo now features a reduced variety of enemy variants, preserving additional content for the full release.
Reworked the layout and size of several UI elements, including Challenges, Command Bar, Character/Target Stats and Summon Panels.
Fixes
Bosses intended for wave 10+ could not spawn correctly with their accompanying units.
One boss variant could never appear in wave 10+ encounters.
The second resurrection attempt was never functioning correctly.
Fixed various localization and line break issues.
Fixed summon panel tooltips occasionally appearing behind other UI elements.
