fixedLaunch CommandAs of this update, units equipped with Grenade Launchers or Artillery Guns can fire at any point on the map by using the Launch command. Firing at a fixed spot can be a way to deny that area to your opponent, and a way to hit fast moving units with slow projectiles if unit movement can be predicted.
changedOtherBattery storage capacity is now displayed in the module gallery;
changedOtherUnit sound responses are now not activated on every action;

This update introduces the Portable Reactor module, and a few other changes and improvements to the game.

Portable Reactor

The Portable Reactor module generates energy and recharges the batteries. Although they are heavy and expensive, any number of portable reactors can be installed on a unit. The Portable Reactor also requires an Energy Lab.

Launch Command

As of this update, units equipped with Grenade Launchers or Artillery Guns can fire at any point on the map by using the Launch command. Firing at a fixed spot can be a way to deny that area to your opponent, and a way to hit fast moving units with slow projectiles if unit movement can be predicted.

Other

  • Keyboard scrolling is now re-mappable (Arrow Keys by default);

  • Battery storage capacity is now displayed in the module gallery;

  • Unit sound responses are now not activated on every action;

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements.
