Update 1.28

This update adds a new event, a new item which should help with the rat set achievement and fixes some minor bugs. It also introduces the first iteration of the Vietnamese translation (4% are done).

addedThis update adds a new event, a new item which should help with the rat set achievement and fixes some minor bugs. It also introduces the first iteration of the Vietnamese translation (4% are done). As we are already way beyong 20k words it might take a while to complete.
