Repeated intro

Hey Treachery in Beatdown City heads,

What changed

0 fixes2 additions1 change0 removals
  • Gameplay
addedIt's a direct story sequel to Treachery in Beatdown City, but the gameplay is very different, yet still satisfying. The "survive-em-up" genre (or Bullet Heaven, survivors-likes, etc.) has a lot going on game release wise, so we wanted to add our own twist, using infrastructural decay, elemental effects, destructible environments, and of course, city buildings to the mix, and play with what those systems would look like. Also, what if pigeons wore construction boots, cuz why not?
changedAnd the concept of combining a pigeon with a boot was too good to pass up, so we've got an in depth weapon combining system that results in dozens (probably over a hundred) different weapon types.
addedAdd that to a slew of new playable characters, a survivors system, mission objectives and a persistent base, and you've got a survivors like that knocks the genre on it's head!

Beatdown City Survivors

It's a direct story sequel to Treachery in Beatdown City, but the gameplay is very different, yet still satisfying.

This led to the design of Beatdown City Survivors, as an immersive sandbox survive-em-up, where you can cause chaos and destruction in a transformed city, overrun with zombies, skeletons, giant cockroaches, and more!

And the concept of combining a pigeon with a boot was too good to pass up, so we've got an in depth weapon combining system that results in dozens (probably over a hundred) different weapon types.

Add that to a slew of new playable characters, a survivors system, mission objectives and a persistent base, and you've got a survivors like that knocks the genre on it's head!

Please, check it out, and hit us up on Discord or the Steam Forums with any feedback!

Thanks,

Shawn
