Resource maps

I have added resource maps to the game. Industries can require a specific resource now.

Control information

In the bottom left corner you can find an 'i' now. Hovering it will show you some of the hotkeys and additional information.

A new transportation type is now available: suspension railways. Suspension railways are using one directional rails that can be build on land and water.
