new UI design
- Bug fixA bug related to custom theme settings has been fixed
Bug fix: Placing vegetation should now cost the correct amount
Missing UI buttons and functionality added
Speed limits for vehicles on bridges or in tunnels
Speed limits for road vehicles on roads that are not fully developed
Bug fix: the expansion of city roads is now working as planned
The steam effect for steam locomotives in tunnels is now deactivated

City measures now scale with city size.
Borrowing and repaying money can now be done more quickly by holding down the corresponding buttons.
Bug fix: Sabotage and espionage are now included in the financial overview.
Headquarter designs can now be saved and loaded.
Diplomacy System Changes

Bug fix: UI windows shouldn't switch order anymore when selecting an unfocused window.

Bug fix: The tutorial will now proceed if you edit the timetable from the vehicle info window.
