addedSmall, but important, enhancements.DAMAGE FLASH Players, Bots and Bot Spawners now have model parts that flash in response to taking damage, making it more clear to players whether they are successfully damaging enemies / taking damage. This is especially helpful with larger enemies that have more health.
changedSmall, but important, enhancements.CHANGES TO PLAYER CONTROLS Previously the player would use Right Trigger to fire main weapon and Right Bumper to fire secondary weapon. This was a bit strenuous on the player’s right finger. Now the Left Trigger fires the secondary weapon. This also allows players to shoot both of their weapons at the same time. The left or right Bumpers can now be used to make the Spawnable Player Turret shoot or make the Hoverboard shoot if the player is riding one. Player controls display in the Main Menu and Pause Menu has been updated accordingly. It now also includes brief explanation that player weapons function differently in Aim Mode.
changedSmall, but important, enhancements.BOUNCE PAD IMPROVEMENTS Previously the bounce pads would physically move upwards to bounce the player then move back to the ground. The latter part was causing some physics problems (eg, bounce pads getting stuck if an object prevented it falling back down). Bounce Pads now remain still and bounce the player by spawning an invisible floor that shoots upward then disappears. This has solved the previous physics problem. Also, the centre of each bounce pad will now flash when bouncing a player or robot.
removedSmall, but important, enhancements.PLAYER MODEL CHANGES In PvP dark arenas, players were unable to effectively hide from other players because most of the weapons had luminous parts on them. The luminosity on all player model parts, and the player’s eyes, have now been removed, allowing for better dark arena stealth tactics.
