This update focuses on:

  • Combo system rework

  • Unified debuff mechanics

  • UI iteration improvements

  • Combat feedback and audio presentation

Combo System Rework

We have fully reworked the combo system. The following five combo cards are now retained as the core combo set:

  • 【Exploit the Opening】

  • 【Unexpected Strike】

  • 【Forceful Breakthrough】

  • 【Wristbreaker Uppercut】

  • 【Diagonal Guard Break】

Combo Damage Adjustments

Combo cards of different rarities now use fixed base damage values:

25 / 40 / 60 / 85 / 110

Debuff System Rework

Combo cards now consistently apply dedicated debuffs:

  • 【Exploit the Opening】 → Critical Rate -5%

  • 【Unexpected Strike】 → Lifesteal -5%

  • 【Forceful Breakthrough】 → Damage Output -10%

  • 【Wristbreaker Uppercut】 → Parry -5%

  • 【Diagonal Guard Break】 → Defense -20%

At the same time:

  • Normal skill cards no longer apply debuffs

  • All debuffs can stack up to 5 layers

  • Debuffs now last for the entire battle

Combat & Balance Improvements

  • Reduced grunt enemy HP and shield values by 10%

  • Increased Zhang Fei’s survivability: Zhang Fei’s maximum HP in battle is now 3x the current Mood value

  • Fixed an issue where bounty target levels in dungeon challenges did not correctly match the current level

UI & Feedback Improvements

  • The UI iteration project has officially begun Some inventory interface elements have already been replaced

  • Different item rarities now play different audio cues when discovered

  • Added audio feedback for stat increases/decreases and quest completion

Animation & Audio Improvements

  • Updated some of Zhang Fei’s walking animations and added matching footstep sounds

  • Added patrol animation sound effects

  • Fixed dialogue voice issues for Zhang Fei’s servants

  • Restored missing ambient sounds in the western Zhuo County scene

Scene Fixes

  • Fixed floating character issues on the Zhuo County city walls

We will continue maintaining the current update pace while refining combat systems, UI presentation, and overall gameplay flow.
