Thunder Tier One Refund Issue – Apology and Update

We sincerely apologize to all players who have experienced inconvenience due to the ongoing refund issues.

Since the previous notice, we’ve continued to receive reports that refunds are still not being processed correctly, and we take this situation very seriously. Refunds should be available regardless of purchase date or playtime, but some players are still encountering denials or errors.

We are working closely with Steam to address the issue and will continue to follow up until it is fully resolved. We will provide further updates through this notice as soon as there is progress to share.Once again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
