Thunder Tier One changes
We’d like to inform you that the refund issue has now been resolved. You can now request a refund through Steam Support regardless of your playtime. All refund requests will be processed sequentially according to Steam’s procedures.
If you wish to request a refund, please follow the steps below:
Visit the Steam Support site at Steam Support.
Select ‘ Purchases ’ > ‘ View complete purchasing history ’, then click on the transaction for Thunder Tier One.
Select ‘ I have a question about this purchase ’.
Enter your refund request message and click ‘ Send ’.
