Bug fixes
Pixel-collision testing is broken for rotated or scaled sprites.
Buildings that are too big get clipped when they are not shown being off the screen (camera) whereas they really aren't, because they should protrude into the image even when based on an off-screen tile.
Check that, when a player gets deleted because of a severed connection, the towers from this player and the hero of this player are deleted on ALL clients. Not only on the server.
When coming from STEAM overlay the TextBox displays many question marks. The reason for this is that the STEAM overlay disrupts the game and the InputStateManager hangs on his last input which is SHIFT+TAB which is an illegal character in the control, which leads the control to print a quotation mark.

We are currently working on a new menu - stay tuned for more ;-)
Minor fix to trading cards.
Make the microwave wave more visible by using a different color, opacity and maybe other effects as well. Done that and added an additional wave for each level of the tower.
