During the Steam Festival of Detectives 2026, The Occultist is opening its doors with its first-ever public demo. This is the first time players outside the studio can explore the island, uncover its mysteries, and experience the atmosphere we’ve been building.

Demo period: January 12th - January 19th

Playtime: Around 40mins.

This demo is an important step for us, and your feedback truly matters. We’d love for you to:

• Play the demo and immerse yourself in the investigation

• Share your thoughts, impressions, and suggestions

• Tell us what works, what doesn’t, and what you’d like to see improved
